Big Brother fans who can’t get enough of the series don’t need to Ho-Ho hold on for much longer to get their fix.
Big Brother host Julie Chen-Moonves announced on the season finale of Big Brother 25 that a new series – Big Brother Reindeer Games – will premiere on December 11th. The show will air for six episodes over two weeks.
The series will feature ten players. Nine former players and one from Season 25.
The new series was put into motion when former players Frankie Grande, Britney Haynes and Danielle Reyes “broke in” to the Big Brother house in an attempt to close the multiverse they opened that kicked off the season.
Inadvertently, the trio opened the BB Holiday Universe, transformed the house into a winter wonderland and unleased a new game with a new set of rules and a cast of BB legends.
“Santa’s Elves” – Derek Xiao (S23), Tiffany Mitchell (S23) and Jordan Lloyd (S11 and S13) – instead of Julie Chen-Moonves will guide the Big Brother legends through the competitions. Each episode features three competitions culminating in “Santa’s Showdown” that determines which player goes home at the end of that episode. Only four Big Brother Legends make it to the finale and one player will walk away with the $100,000 grand prize and save the holidays.
None of the players will be living in the house so there won’t be any live feeds to follow as the entire series will be filmed in the next few weeks, before the premiere.
