Deep dive into the BB 26 houseguests

Big Brother fans and viewers always want the lowdown on their favourite houseguests. With a little bit of poking around on our part here is some curious information we have on some of this year’s houseguests.

One interesting fact is there are a couple of openly and proudly religious players. One wonders how they will fare in the very cutthroat game that is Big Brother?

We will detail her passion more below but Chelsie Baham refers to herself as “Disciple of Jesus”, is a motivational speaker with such Instagram posts as:

“Don’t get weary! God is working on your behalf, just not on your timeline.”

“Ima choose to follow God. Even when it don’t make sense.”

Makensy Manbeck quotes Philippians 4:6-7 on her Instagram page: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

She has also talked about wanting to appear on Julie Chen Moonves’ faith-based podcast in her preseason interviews.

There isn’t much information to scope out about Angela Murray. She is all about her successful real estate career online.

Brooklyn’s story is complicated. She is a former Mrs. America and Mrs. Texas. She bills herself as a model, actor and singer. She is best known though for her dancing and being a pageant coach.
This is where things get interesting though. Brooklyn was the operations manager for the now defunct Typically Blush online boutique. One of the owners was Aaryn Williams (formerly Gries) of Big Brother 15 in 2013. Aaryn’s conduct on the series, which included, racist and homophobic language and behaviour, got her fired from her real-life job and has mired her in controversy ever since.

Although their current relationship is unknown, at the time that they worked together a couple of years ago Brooklyn described Aaryn as a friend such as in this video:

Is an aspiring actor who has starred in some short films.

Big Brother describes her as a “celebrity chef” but not sure why. She hasn’t really broken out in the mainstream media in any way. She is a veteran personal chef who currently focuses on catering. Her business is Plates by Lisa.
