“24 Shots, 7 Seconds (Mieke Anderson)”
In December 2019, 26-year-old Koshin Yusuf was coming home from a night out with friends when he was cornered at his Scarborough apartment entrance and shot 24 times. But why? All police had to start with was a piece of grainy video surveillance that captured the actual murder. Was it a case of mistaken identity? Did Koshin know his attackers? Crime Beat tracks the investigation and learns why the judge would later call it a “stunning” piece of police work.

Still dealing with the aftermath of her own divorce, Abby represents Hannah, whose ex-husband left her for a man, and now wants to use their last remaining embryo — created when they were married — to start a new family without her.

“If At First You Don’t Succeed…”
Doc stars Molly Parker as the hard-charging, brilliant Chief of Internal Medicine Dr. Amy Larsen, who suffers a brain injury that erases the last eight years of her memory. The accident leaves her with no recollection of patients she’s treated, colleagues she’s crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push almost everyone away. But with the immense loss, comes a second chance to do things differently. Doc is inspired by a true story and based on the hit eponymous Italian drama series. This emotionally charged, life-affirming medical procedural also stars Omar Metwally, Amirah Vann, Jon Ecker and Anya Banerjee. Scott Wolf and Patrick Walker are featured in heavily recurring roles.

“”Die Like The Rest” Part 1 (Jules Knox)”
When a Winnipeg teenager was found savagely attacked in a donut shop, investigators arrested a B.C. man who was visiting the area. After serving nearly four years behind bars, he was suddenly released, prompting some people to question if a murderer had now walked free. As Jules Knox reports, years later, another slaying of a teenage girl halfway across the country gave fresh light to old evidence that could help convict a killer.
